The Today dashboard

Today is the app's front door — the first thing you see signed in, and the first item in the sidebar. It is a summary, not a worksheet: everything on it links out to the page that actually does the thing.

Before your first diagnostic

Today shows a first-run state instead of the panels below: nothing has been measured yet, so there is nothing to summarise. It points you at the diagnostic.

Once you have a band

Continue picks up an attempt you started and did not submit — the same one that would be waiting for you if you opened the module directly.

Today's task is the one active item from your study plan, with a link straight into it.

Band overview shows your overall estimate against your target, and how far your test date is if you gave one.

Quick links jump to each module — Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking if you are Pro.

Recent attempts and Coming up are short lists: your last few marked attempts, and the next couple of days your plan already knows about.

Awards shows the strip of badges you have earned, in the same order as the full wall on Progress.

Nothing on Today is stored separately from the pages it summarises — change your plan or mark a new attempt, and Today reflects it on the next load.
