Reports

The Reports page is for all staff. It covers the whole institution, or one cohort at a time — pick the cohort along the top.

What it shows

It opens on who needs a nudge, with a concrete reason for each student:

• overdue work — set, due, and not finished;
• no practice this week — nothing started in the last 7 days.

Then five numbers:

Last, every student, with how many of their assignments are done and the date they last practised.

Every figure is a count or an average of something listed on the page. There is no hidden model and no predicted band. For work set in one cohort, cell by cell, see the gradebook in Cohorts and assignments.

What staff can see

Of a student's account, exactly this:

• Their email.
• When they last practised — a date, not what they did.
• Their work on assignments you set — started, done, overdue, and the score — counted only from attempts started from the assignment.

What staff cannot see

Everything else. Their practice outside your assignments, the essays and reports from it, their diagnostic, their study plan and target band, their Coach chats, their billing. None of it is read to build this page — it is not hidden from view, it is never fetched.

Why it stops there

A student's account is theirs, not the institution's. They may have practised before they joined, may pay for their own Pro, and keep the account after they leave. What your institution pays for is their seat, not their history.

So the line is drawn where a student can see it. Before joining, every student is told exactly what the institution will see — their email, when they last practised, and their work and scores on assignments you set — and that it will not see their Coach chats, their billing, or any other practice. The reports keep that promise by only reading what it names.
